I want to give a shout-out to a treasured client of mine! About 15 minutes ago I received an email from one of the producers of a national commercial/PSA I voiced about relief efforts going on in Sudan by the humanitarian relief organization, Samaritan's Purse. Now, you must know that the folks who shoot/edit/produce projects at Samaritan's Purse are absolutely first rate in every way...their work is stellar. (A friend of mine who is a video editor/producer in Los Angeles loves the work put out by Samaritan's Purse).

Well, I was thrilled to partner with such a professional and creative team...especially on such a vital project. Needless to say I was elated when I read the following email:

"Hello from Boone! I wanted to inform you that our TV spot "Sudan/Samaritan's Purse was Listening", which you voiced, has won the 2009 NRB Media Award for Best Television Commercial of the Year."
