Scholarship Fund | Voiceovers

It's quite common for me (and many of you, I'm sure) to receive an email or a phone call from folks wanting to know more about the business...especially with the economy the way it is.  So, naturally I was happy to see what Vox Daily just posted...for aspiring voice talent.
I subscribe to Vox Daily and the latest post speaks of the "Chuck Riley Memorial Scholarship for Aspiring Voice Talent".  If this pique's your interest of may be of interest to anyone you know, click here to learn more.

Thanks to Vox Daily and Voices.com for their positive impact in the voiceover business by way of their multifaceted communication streams.

You know I find it a careful balance to make sure I am contributing to the broadcast, voice over industry without it creating massive competition. I've done my best to separate myself from competitors but also give back to the industry by sponsoring ABA Foundations 5013C fundraising arm which, in turn, sponsors programs as Scholarship Funds at State Universities, the Summer Broadcast Institute at Arizona State University, as well as the Arizona Amber Alert.

I hope through my contribution people can bring their own unique talents to the market and be successful.

I'm producing some 15 second spots and am always looking for more voice talent.
