Ryan On The Radio Interviews Jim Cutler
A few days ago I received a "tweet" from @JeffBriggsVoice and he asked if I ever listen to Ryan On The Radio. It did ring a bell for me, so I followed the link he sent. It took me to the latest podcast from ROTR, featuring a two-part interview with Jim Cutler. I found this to be a very refreshing interview as Jim candidly speaks about his voiceover career struggles and much more.
I normally do not contact folks that I read about or hear in interviews (not a good VO groupie, I suppose), however I really wanted to encourage Mr. Cutler that his transparency and forthrightness in the interview was helpful to me and, as I mentioned previously, refreshing. Within about 5 minutes of emailing him, he came back with a very humble response...no shocker!
